Daily Prompt: Are you a good judge of other people’s happiness? Tell us about a time you were spot on despite external hints to the contrary (or, alternatively, about a time you were dead wrong).
Once again, I can’t remember any particular example but I can usually tell when someone isn’t happy about something. But I don’t think I’ve ever said anything to the person or dug deeper to find out what the problem is – that’s just a bit rude! If I had a bad day, I’d hate anyone to ask what was wrong – luckily for me I’ve become a master of being happy when actually I’m not. I just think that if someone wants others to know they are sad for some reason, it’s up to them to tell!
