Daily Prompt: What are the things you need to do within 30 minutes of waking up to ensure your day gets off on the right foot? What happened the last time you didn’t do one of these things?
Well, it helps to wake up on the right side of the bed. If I don’t, I have to keep persuading myself that I’m actually in a good mood! I also have to feel awake and refreshed, which usually involves washing with cold water and spraying my face with toner – it actually helps! And breakfast. However small or unsatisfying, it always seems to make things better!
